At The LIMITLESS Studio, we use functional strength training grounded in biomechanics and nervous system awareness to help women build muscle, improve movement, and expand capacity in every area of life from the inside out.


This isn’t fluffy fitness or watered-down weightlifting. 

It’s structured, evidence-based training designed for women who want to feel stronger, safer, and more capable in and out of the studio.

We’re here to change how women experience strength.


At The LIMITLESS Studio, we don’t do “hardcore” for the sake of hard. We don’t crush you just to make a point.


We build strength intentionally through intelligent programming that honors your body and leaves you feeling more connected, more powerful, and more energized when you walk out than when you walked in.


Progressions are earned, not forced. There are no leaderboards here. No bootcamp vibes. This is not about competition. It’s about anchoring into your body and learning to move from a place of awareness, presence, and trust.

Strong, Smart, & Strategic

We don’t just lift. We train. Every session is rooted in functional strength, progressive muscle building, and real-world movement patterns.


You’ll move with intention, not guesswork.


We intentionally use tools like sandbags, kettlebells, and TRX that create instability and load in multiple planes. This builds strength your body can actually use in the real world.


The goal is not to burn out but to build up with quality reps, smarter progressions, and strength that actually supports your life.

Custom Coaching & Community

This isn’t group fitness where everyone does the same thing.


In our semi private sessions, every woman has her own personalized program, tailored to her goals, needs, and progress.


You’ll share the space with up to 3 other women, and your coach is with you every step, offering real-time guidance and intelligent programming.


It’s the perfect blend of focused coaching and shared energy.


You get the structure and accountability of personal training with the motivation and momentum of a small, powerful circle.

That’s why The Cocoon exists.


It’s a dedicated space for nervous system reset and integration, featuring red light therapy, PEMF and infrared mats, BrainTap technology, and curated meditations and breathwork tracks.


Whether it's after a training session or on a rest day, this is where your body learns it's safe to let go.

Meet The Founder

Hi!


I'm Lina, Women’s Resilience Coach, breathwork & cold exposure guide, strength nerd, mom of two, and founder of The LIMITLESS Studio.


This work is personal to me.


After years of chasing MORE in the fitness world; more intensity, more sweat, more burn, I realized the real power wasn’t in doing more, it was in learning how to listen: to my body. To my breath. To the signals underneath the surface.


I’ve spent 15+ years in the world of movement and wellness. From Zumba to Olympic lifting, nothing has impacted me more than understanding the nervous system and the foundation beneath your feet. Functional training, breath, and progressive strength work changed everything about how I move, how I coach, and how I lead.


My training spans everything from kettlebells and corrective exercise to lymphatics, vagus nerve work, and chronic pain education. I’ve studied breathwork, nutrition, myofascial tools, and contrast therapies. I’ve also learned from world-class practitioners across a wide range of specialties. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method. My work is rooted in both depth and range, meeting the whole of you with curiosity, not prescription.


I’m not here to diagnose, treat, or cure. I’m here to witness you, support you, and help guide your return to strength in a way that is true to you.


At The LIMITLESS Studio, we don’t teach you to push through. We teach you to tune in, because real resilience doesn’t come from disconnecting, it comes from reconnecting.

To your strength.

To your own voice.


And none of that healing can happen in isolation.


Our nervous systems are wired for connection.

We are meant to grow in the presence of safe, supportive others. That’s why I felt called to create a sacred space for women.

A space to rise together.

A space to breathe, lift, and laugh alongside like-hearted women who are also doing the work to come home to themselves.


I believe movement is sacred.

Strength is a celebration.

And no woman needs fixing, only the space to return to herself.


We don’t hold the keys.
